Description
Well, when character creators encounter someone who is relating certain trait to Mary Sues, the creator feels insecure and wonder if their character is going to be likable. And then, they encounter another person relating another trait to Mary Sue, 'til the point that they feel afraid to make a story using their OC. And that's sad, because you didn't considered that you could ruin a very creative mind!!
Not saying that I don't believe in Mary Sues. For me, if a character is deep and makes sense through the story, they can't be a Mary Sue.
And saying that someone's OC is a Mary Sue because you didn't went with ONE thing you saw on their pic or in their description makes you shallow and shows how mediocre you are.
Let people make their characters however the fuck they want to make. If you feel that something in this character doesn't makes sense to the plot, warn the creator about it, but be impartial. Give them the option to make their own choices.

People seem to use "Mary Sue" to describe any character (especially female) whom they don't like. It's so annoying.
